【Abstract】 The construction of driver’s situational moral is to be emphasized in China where the society is marching in the "automobile society". The absence of the driver’s situational moral lies in the "invisible man "psychology,"showing off "psychology,"rubbish car"psychology,revenge psychology and herd psychology.
