一水硬铝石矿的机械活化球磨溶出工艺研究
Process research of mechanical activation ball milling digestion on the diaspore
【摘要】 本文研究了一水铝石矿机械活化球磨溶出的最佳工艺条件:装球量30%;钢弹转速80r/min;球磨钢球的大小采用混合球;给矿粒度为-1mm。研究了一水铝石矿在不同温度下、不同溶出时间的溶出性能,并作出了相应的动力学分析,表明:一水硬铝石在210~245℃均是化学反应控制,球磨溶出降低了反应的活化能,使该铝土矿溶出活化能由82.03k J/mol降低到69.32k J/mol。
【Abstract】 In this paper the optimum milling conditions for mechanical activation ball milling digestion of the diaspore are as the following: the amount of balls : 30%; rotation speed of balls: 80 r / min; balls size: mixed balls; feeding particle size: < 1mm. The digestion performances of the diaspore under different temperature and different digestion time are researched,and the kinetics analysis show that: ball milling digestion and digestion without ball milling of the diaspore are controlled by chemistry reaction under 210 ~ 245℃,the ball milling decrease the activation energy from 82. 03 k J / mol to 69. 32 k J / mol.
