面向智能工厂的炼化企业生产运营信息化集成模式研究

【摘要】 工业化与信息化深度融合是制造业,特别是过程工业实现产业转型升级、提升综合竞争的重要手段和发展方向。作为国民经济重要基础产业之一的炼化行业,其信息化应用水平在过程工业诸多行业中一直较为领先。该文针对炼化企业生产运营层面信息化的研究和实践进展进行综述:从初期生产计划与调度、装置与流程模拟、工艺操作管理等相关信息化子系统的单项分立建设与应用,到局部子系统整合与集成,再到符合智能工厂方向的子系统综合集成与一体化优化的前沿探索。此外,基于中国石化智能工厂试点九江石化信息化项目的最新实践,该文提出基于运营数据仓储(ODS)技术的智能工厂生产运营信息综合集成应用的模式。随着国家过程工业两化深度融合推进计划的实施,这一模式将为中国过程工业企业实现生产经营的优化管理及生产过程的最佳运行提供有力的支撑。

【Abstract】 Promotion of the deep integration of informatization and industrialization is a very important strategy for the transformation and upgrading of process industries.Refining industry plays a key role in national economy, with its information application performance level being higher than other process industries in China.The progress of information integration of production and operation in refinery industry especially in China was reviewed in this paper.Information applications such as production planning and scheduling,process modeling and simulation,process operations management,and other relevant applications were introduced,respectively, with some of the partial integration of these information applications then illustrated and the development trend of comprehensive information integration conformed to the construction of smart refinery deeply explored.Based on the latest progress of a smart refinery pilot project in Sinopec Jiujiang Company, this paper proposes a comprehensive information integration schema using the production operational data store(ODS)technology.As the deep integration of informatization and industrialization in process industry moves forward,this new schema of information integration will give a powerful support for the best practice of production and operation in the process industry enterprises.
