【摘要】 卫生人员预测在卫生事业管理中占有重要地位,是卫生人力资源配置的重要依据.应用灰色预测GM(1,1)模型,以2007~2013年青海省卫生人员为历史数据,求解模型得到2007~2013年青海省卫生人员预测值,将实际值与预测值进行对比分析,检验结果表明模型预测结果较好,精度较高,误差率小.用该模型得到2014~2018年青海省卫生人员预测值,为青海省卫生人力资源规划提供依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Health officials predict occupies an important position in the health service management,is the important basis of health human resource configuration.Application of gray prediction GM(1,1)model,based on 2007~2013health workers in QingHai province history data,to solve the model projections for 2007~2013health workers in QingHai province,the actual value compared with prediction analysis,test results show that the model precision,the grey prediction GM(1,1)model prediction results are good,the error rate is small.With this model the projections for 2014~2018health workers in QingHai province,provide the basis for human resources for health planning in QingHai province.更多还原
