镁合金化学成膜的最新研究
Recent research progress on magnesium alloys of chemically formed film
【摘要】 化学转化处理是一种既简单又有效的镁合金表面防腐蚀处理方法,也是当前提高镁合金表面防腐蚀性能最常采用的方法。综述了镁合金化学成膜的主要原理、化学成膜的分类以及化学成膜前处理、成膜溶液的主盐和成膜所采用的特殊工艺方面的最新研究进展,并指出镁合金化学成膜的今后发展方向。
【Abstract】 Chemical conversion treatment is a kind of simple and effective way for anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of magnesium alloys and the most commonly-used method for improving surface corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys at present as well. This paper summarizes the main principle and classification of chemical forming of magnesium alloys,pretreatment of chemical formed film,main salts of chemical forming solution,and the latest progress on special technology of chemical conversion treatment. It points out the development direction of chemical forming principle of magnesium alloys.
