基于Deform-3D的镁合金管轧制成形数值模拟与试验研究

【摘要】 提出用阿塞尔轧管机轧制镁合金管材,利用UG软件建立三维模型,基于Deform-3D软件模拟AZ31镁合金管轧制过程,确定模具参数和轧制工艺参数。通过试验研究,与数值模拟结果进行对比分析,验证镁合金管轧制成形的可行性。在XJP-6A型金相显微镜上对轧制前后的镁合金管组织结构进行分析,结果表明,轧制过程中产生大量位错,通过动态再结晶,晶粒得到细化。在数值模拟基础上,分析轧件的等效应力场、等效应变场和轧制力变化规律,为进一步研究轧制工艺和提高产品质量提供较为可靠的依据,对于研究多道次的轧制及镁合金管成形有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Magnesium alloy tubes are rolled by the Assel pipe machine,a three-dimensional model is established by the UG software,the process of rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy tubes is simulated on the basis of Deform-3D software,and the mold parameters and rolling process parameters are determined. The numerical simulation results are analyzed to verify feasibility of roll forming of magnesium alloy tubes. The structure of magnesium alloy tubes before and after rolling was observed through XJP-6A type microscope. The results show that a large number of dislocations are generated during rolling. Grains are refined through dynamic recrystallization. On the basis of numerical simulation,the equivalent stress field,the equivalent strain field,and variation of rolling force are analyzed to provide reliable basis for further study of the rolling process and improvement of product quality. It is also useful for the study of multi-pass hot-rolling and forming of magnesium alloy tubes.
