骨植入生物可降解镁合金研究进展
Research progress of biodegradable magnesium alloys for orthopaedic implant materials
【摘要】 Mg及镁合金作为新型骨植入材料,具有良好的力学性能、细胞相容性和生物可降解性,已经成为国内外研究的热点。然而,镁合金在体内过快降解严重制约了其在临床上的应用。因此,控制镁合金降解速率成为研究的重中之重。综述了镁合金作为骨植入材料的研究现状,详细介绍了主要合金元素对镁合金性能的影响以及改善抗腐蚀性的主要技术和方法。
【Abstract】 As a new type of orthopaedic implant materials,magnesium and its alloys,due to the excellent mechanical properties,cytocompatibility and biodegradability,have become the research hotspot in the world. However,excessively rapid degradation rate of magnesium alloys in vivo restricts their practical uses in clinical applications. Hence,it is crucial to control their degradation rate. This paper reviews the research progress of magnesium alloys as orthopaedic implant materials,elaborates the influence of main alloying elements on properties of magnesium alloys and the main technology and methods to improve corrosion resistance.
