基于工程教育认证标准的持续质量改进——以Z大学全国示范性软件工程专业为例

【摘要】 持续改进被认为是工程教育认证的核心理念之一。然而,在实践中如何以工程教育认证标准为依据,实现专业的持续改进,不仅是工程教育认证机构关切的问题,而且是工程专业教育实现可持续发展的内在要求。本文以某全国示范性软件工程专业为案例,从专业教育重要利益相关者毕业生和雇主的视角,分别收集、分析专业教育的质量信息,从专业培养目标、学习结果、课程、教学、评价等角度进行深度归因分析,为改进软件工程专业教育提出了方略建议,希冀对工程相关专业的持续改进提供参考。

【Abstract】 The core of engineering education accreditation is continuous quality improvement(CQI).What is most important for a program’s CQI is to collect from its constituents information related to education quality according to engineering education accreditation criteria.However,how should CQI procedures and accreditation criteria be applied to education practice?This paper focuses on the quality improvement of a software engineering program.First of all,the program quality information was collected from alumni and their employers.Then,an attribution analysis was conducted from diverse dimensions including the program’s educational objectives,student learning outcomes,curriculum design,teaching and learning,and student assessment.Finally,suggestions were offered for improving the education quality of the program.
