【摘要】 学术生产数量繁荣与学术生产制度之间具有内在的逻辑关系。除了学术生产的内在制度和外在制度对学术生产数量繁荣具有关键性影响之外,学术生产的制度理性和制度失范对学术生产数量繁荣也具有重要影响。即学术制度理性可以促进学术生产的真正繁荣,而学术制度失范给予的则是学术精神的创伤和危害。诸如高度统一、低效的评价规则失范,学术规划制度下的学术资源配置和控制行为失范等,进而导致了学术资源的无序竞争和产品的粗制滥造,催生了学术生产数量繁荣背后的种种危机。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exits an inner logic relationship between quantity prosperity in academic production and the academic production system. Academic production prosperity is affected not only by the internal and external systems of academic production but also by system rationality and system failure. That is,rationality of the academic system boosts prosperity in academic production,while failure of the system dismantles academic spirit.The academic resources distribution and the control failure under the academic planning system lead to disorderly competition for academic resources and to academic products of poor quality,spawning crises behind quantity prosperity in academic production.更多还原
