不同梯度Na2CO3溶液处理对豌豆叶片生理指标的影响
DIFFERENT GRADIENT NA2CO3 TREATMENT ON THE INFLUENCE OF PISUM SATIVUM L. LEAF PHYSIOLOGICAL INDEXES
【摘要】 探讨豌豆幼苗对Na2CO3溶液胁迫的生理变化,为豌豆的种植和栽培提供线索。使用不同Na2CO3溶液梯度处理豌豆幼苗8d,分析幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性生理指标的变化等。研究结果显示,豌豆幼苗能抵抗25~50 mmol·L-1Na2CO3溶液胁迫,具有一定程度的抗盐性。
【Abstract】 Objective: The effects of seedling physiological indexes in Pisum sativum L. treated by Na2CO3 solution were explored to provide index for its planting and cultivation. Method: Pisum sativum L. seedling for 8 day under salt stress gradient Na2CO3 were analyzed about chlorophyll content,MDA content,antioxidant enzyme activity changes of the physiological indexes. Conclusion: The results showed that pea seedlings can withstand25 ~ 50 mmol·L-1Na2CO3 solution stress. In a word,Pisum sativum L. resists salt stress in a certain degree.
