【摘要】 当前,地方师范教育面临一定转型困境,如何培养实践动手能力强、科学素养高的创新型高素质人才已成为地方师范院校应对转型的当务之急.本文结合在地方师范院校工科专业建设中多年来教学科研实践经验,探索出了一条行之有效的新思路,首先通过硬件、文化、外部资源三个平台建设打造温馨科研之家,继而强化学生实践动手能力、提升科学素养,最后实现全面发展的工科专业创新型人才培养,同时还有力助推了教学科研工作的良性循环.更多还原

【Abstract】 Presently,normal education has faced difficulties in the compelling transformation,how to foster innovative talents with excellent practical operational abilities and high scientific literacy has thus emerged as one of the most urgent issues.Herein,based on the past few years of successful experience attained in the teaching and research during the construction of engineering majors at local normal university,a novel and effective route to cultivating innovative talents including undergraduates and postgraduates has been investigated.This was achieved via the construction of agreeable family of scientific research,which constituted of three platforms such as hardware,cultural software,and external resources of scientific research.And practically,such an agreeable scientific family will finally lead to innovative talents with improved practical operational abilities,scientific literacy and versatile development on the one hand,and also will favor the benign circulation of teaching and research work on the other hand.更多还原
