【摘要】 脑梗死是血管腔严重狭窄甚至闭塞或者颅外栓子入脑等原因导致脑供血障碍,引起脑组织缺血、缺氧性软化坏死为特征的脑血管疾病。脑梗死严重危害人类的生命和健康,致残率及死亡率高。参考近期刊出的相关文献及结合笔者的临床治疗经验,对脑梗死临床治疗所取得的成果进行综述,为临床治疗脑梗死提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebral infarction is a kind of cerebral blood supply obstruction due to serious vascular lumen stenosis,even occlusion or caused by extracranial embolus into the brain,or other causes,leading to cerebral ischemia,hypoxic softening necrosis. Cerebral infarction seriously endangers human life and health,causes high morbidity and mortality. This article reviewed the relevant literatures published recently about the ischemic stroke treatment method,and combined with author’s clinical experience in treating cerebral infarction in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.更多还原
