【摘要】 目的探讨医学生在见习期间进行临床基本技能培训的效果。方法将见习期、实习期进行技能培训的泰山医学院五年制医学本科生分别作为观察组及对照组,以问卷调查方式了解师生对培训相关内容的看法,比较两组实习期间二级学科出科考试成绩、毕业考试成绩、参加比赛成绩。结果问卷调查中师生对见习期培训效果满意度高,观察组各项成绩方面亦均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论见习期间进行临床技能培训可显著提高学生的综合素质,保证临床教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the result of clinical skill training for medical externs.MethodsFive-year medical students of Taishan medical college were divided into two groups according to the time of clinical skill training,group 1(trained in the fourth year)and group 2(trained in the fifth year).Questionnaires were used to survey teachers’ and students’ opinions about the skill training.Academic records were compared between the two groups.Results Questionnaire survey showed better results in group 1,also the academic records compared with those in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical skill training for medical externs can improve their comprehensive quality,and the quality of clinical education teaching.更多还原
