【摘要】 凯里学院为进一步明晰办学定位,科学调整学科专业布局和科研方向,完善人才培养方案,2014年开展了办学转型专项调研。化学与材料工程学院于2014年6月对全州16个县市的工业产业人才与技术需求进行抽查调研。在调研资料的基础上,对黔东南州内工业企业专业人才的需求特点和供求现状进行了统计分析,以期为凯里学院的办学转型、人才培养和政府职能部门的人才政策决策提供参考,使凯里学院更好地服务全州经济社会发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To further define the orientation of running concept,scientific adjustment of subject distribution and direction of scientific research,improve the personnel training plan,a special investigation was conducted on the school transition of Kaili University in 2014. The demand characteristic,and situation of supply and demand of talents from the industrial enterprises in Qiandongnan prefecture were statistical analyzed to provide the references for the transformation and personnel training of Kaili University,talent policy decision of the government departments,and to better serve the economic and social development in Qiandongnan.更多还原
