一种新的STL文件缺陷的修复方法
Modified Repair Method for STL File Errors
【摘要】 STL文件是CAD系统和3D打印系统之间常用的数据交换文件。通过对大量STL文件的缺陷分析发现,其大部分分布在模型曲面片的交界处。依据缺陷的几何特征,提出了对原始CAD模型曲面裂缝进行边界重合的方法,以及在STL文件边界集合内根据边的邻接面数量修复缺陷的方法,并用Visual C++程序实现。实例证明所提出的方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the defects of a large number of STL file,found that most of its distribution in junction of the model carved surface.According to the geometrical characteristics of these defects,a method of boundary overlap which processing the original CAD surface cracks is provided.A repair method which depends on the amount of adjacent surface of the boundaries in boundary set is also provided.The methods are realized with Visual C++ program.The examples prove that the proposed methods are feasible.
