涡轮增压柴油机高原供油策略调节方法研究
Research on Adjusting Method of Fuel Supply Strategy of Turbocharged Diesel Engine at Plateau
【摘要】 为解决某6缸涡轮增压柴油机在海拔2 500 m及以上时最大扭矩点增压器喘振和4 500 m时标定点增压器超速问题,在校验模型的基础上仿真研究了中冷后温度和供油量对压气机工作点的影响规律,即通过降低中冷后温度或减少喷油量可增大喘振裕度。最后调整得到各海拔高度下的供油策略,应用该供油策略后增压器可工作在安全可靠的工作区间内。
【Abstract】 Turbocharger surges at the maximum torque point at altitude of over 2 500 m and overspeeds at the calibration point at altitude of 4 500 m for a 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. To solve these problems, the influence rule of intercooled temperature and fuel supply on compressor operating point are simulated and investigated on the basis of verifying model, i.e. increase surge margin by reducing intercooled temperature or reducing fuel injection amount. Finally the fuel supply strategy at different altitudes are obtained, which enables the turbocharger to work in a safety and reliable working region.
