PVB夹层玻璃裂纹扩展的参数化实验研究

【摘要】 为对风窗玻璃安全设计提供依据,利用落锤实验台结合高速摄影装置对PVB夹层玻璃板进行面外冲击实验,记录裂纹的动态扩展过程,并根据裂纹扩展速度与加速度曲线来研究裂纹的扩展行为。接着在此基础上进行了参数化实验,研究冲击能量和PVB薄膜厚度对裂纹扩展特性的影响。最后,基于大量的参数化实验数据,采用概率统计方法对裂纹的宏观形态进行了研究。结果表明,玻璃裂纹扩展的速度、加速度和环形裂纹出现的频度皆与PVB薄膜厚度和冲击能量有显著的相关性。

【Abstract】 For providing a basis for the safety design of windscreen glass,an out-plane impact test of PVB laminated glass panel is conducted on a drop-weight tester with a high-speed photography device. The dynamic process of crack growth is recoded and crack growth behavior is studied according to the velocity and acceleration curves of crack propagation obtained. Then on these bases,parametric experiments are performed to investigate the effects of impact energy and PVB film thickness on the characteristics of crack propagation. Finally,based on a great number of parametric experiment data,the macroscopic patterns of cracks are studied with probabilistic method. The results show that the growth velocity and acceleration of glass cracks and the occurrence frequentness of ring-shaped cracks all have significant correlation with impact energy and the thickness of PVB film.
