【摘要】 从生态种群竞争理论出发,根据企业专利竞争的内在关系建立Lotka-Volterra生态模型,通过定性分析给出不同专利竞争系数下的均衡点,以及专利竞争力发展趋势。为验证模型的可行性,由灰色理论估计出企业专利的竞争参数,实证分析了工程机械龙头企业中联重科与三一重工的专利竞争状态。最后结合企业专利竞争分析,给出专利竞争的管理策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 From ecological population competition theory,the Lotka- Volterra model is established based on the patents competition of enterprises. The equilibrium points under different patent competitive factor are reached by qualitative analysis,and patent competitive development trend is also got. The gray method is used to estimate the competition parameters of patents competition. An example of the patents competition situation between ZOOMLION and SANY,both are engineering machinery leading enterprises in China,is well explained empirically. The study also gives the management strategy suggestions according to the patents competition analysis at last.更多还原
