【摘要】 针对企业应急预案管理薄弱,缺乏科学的理论方法支撑等问题,从知识管理的视角剖析了企业应急预案管理存在的问题,分析了应急预案管理知识的内容和转化机理,研究了基于知识管理的应急预案管理过程,提出了基于知识管理的应急预案管理平台;应急预案管理本质上是一个知识的产生、应用和创造的进化过程,将知识管理思想引入企业预案管理过程中,可以明确预案管理各环节的管理重点,有助于建立完善的应急预案管理体系,为企业的应急预案管理体系建设提供理论和方法支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emergency plan management of enterprises in China is weak and lacks of the support of scientific theories. This paper explores the existing problems of emergency plan management from knowledge management perspective,analyzes the content and transformation mechanism of emergency plan management knowledge,studies the process of emergency plan management based on knowledge management,and puts forward the emergency plan management platform based on knowledge management. According to the research,emergency plan management is essentially an evolution process of knowledge production,application and creation; applying the ideas of knowledge management to the process of enterprise emergency plan management can clear the focus of each link in the emergency plan management and help establish and improve the emergency plan management system. The paper provides the theory and method basic for building an effective enterprise management system.更多还原
