【摘要】 智库作为现代国家治理体系的重要组成部分,近年来受到我国政府的高度关注和重视,在国内掀起了智库建设的热潮。本文在分析智库和情报研究功能特点的基础上,探讨了情报研究作为智库的组成部分在智库建设中可以发挥的作用。其中,至少包括三个方面:首先,情报研究可以通过多途径调研分析,为推动智库的筹建和健康发展建言献策;其次,可以通过指导信息建设及挖掘情报,在智库的咨询研究中发挥前端支撑作用;此外,可以通过开展评价研究对智库研究成果发挥后期监督评价作用。最后,本文还指出在新的形势和背景下,情报研究还需要设计和产出有影响力的,能够直接作为智库系列成果的情报研究产品,以成为智库的一支重要研究力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of the modern state governance system,think tank attracted high attention of Chinese government in recent years,and a wave of think tank construction has set off in China accordingly. Based on analysis of the functional features of intelligence research and think tank,it is proposed that intelligence research can promote think tank construction through at least three ways. Firstly,intelligence research can provide recommendations for the preparation and healthy development of think tank by investigating the organization,management and research focus of famous think tanks in the world. Secondly,it can play an upstream supporting role in the consulting research conducted by think tank via guiding the database building and providing useful intelligence. In addition,it can assess and supervise think tank through evaluating the outcomes of think tank. At last,it is pointed out that intelligence research should design and produce some influential intelligence products,making it available for them to be published directly as the think tank outcome,and build itself into a powerful research force for think tank.更多还原
