【摘要】 海外风险情报认知能力的研究给国际化企业的风险情报工作提供了新的研究思路。本文从知识管理的角度出发。对海外风险情报认知能力研究运用SECI模型进行分析,得出海外情报在社会化、外化、组合化以及内化等四类活动中如何实现知识创造的螺旋,从而使风险情报认知能力得以建构。在此基础上,使用场的概念将前面的分析结果转换为企业管理的实务,最后给中国国际化企业时的管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on overseas risk intelligence cognition capability provided a new approach to the risk intelligence work of international firms.Based on the view of knowledge management,the paper analyzed overseas risk intelligence cognition capability by the SECI model,revised how overseas intelligence realized the knowledge creation spiral through the four activities such as socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization,and the overseas risk intelligence cognition capability was constructed accordingly.Then,the results were transmitted into management inspiration by an analysis on " Bar",and some management advices were proposed at last.更多还原
