【Abstract】 The paper establishes evaluation index system for knowledge organization system, uses grey target decision to comprehensively evaluate knowledge organization system from 3 aspects of function, content and structure. The results show that comparing withother quantitative evaluation methods, grey target decision has advantages of less influenced by human factors, no limit to quantity of sample data, simple calculation and convenience to be popularized.更多还原
