【摘要】 调查了国内作者对学术论文发表滞后的期望时间,分析了图书情报类17种核心期刊论文发表滞后情况。通过实证分析得出:我国科技期刊学术论文发表滞后状况与作者期望之间的差距甚远,这不适应网络环境下快速传播学术成果信息的需求。建议采取"一优先,四快速"的对策,缩短科技期刊论文发表滞后时间,加速学术成果的快速传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper investigates domestic author’s expected lag time of academic paper publishing, analyses lag of paper publishing of 17 core periodicals on library and information science. The empirical results show that lag of sci-tech periodical paper publishing is far from author’s expectation, does not adapt to demand of rapid dissemination of academic achievements under network environment. It proposes countermeasure of "One Priority, Four Fast" to shorten lag time of sci-tech periodical paper publishing and accelerate dissemination of academic achievements.更多还原
