【摘要】 目的初步探讨水刀在泌尿外科手术中应用的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院泌尿外科2014年1月至2015年2月13例行水刀辅助手术患者的临床资料,包括手术完成情况、围手术期并发症、随访情况。其中经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术5例,经尿道前列腺剜除术3例,腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术3例,后腹腔镜肾部分切除术2例。结果应用水刀辅助的13例手术均顺利完成,围手术期无明显并发症发生,初步随访情况良好。结论水刀技术在多种泌尿外科手术中都具有可行性,初期研究显示其安全、有效,远期疗效尚需更大样本的研究及长期随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the preliminary experience and effects of water-jet assisted urology surgery. Methods Thirteen patients who received water-jet assisted surgery from Jan.2014 to Feb.2015 were retrospectively analyzed,including transurethral resection of bladder tumor for 5 cases,transurethral enucleation of the prostate for 3 cases,laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for 3 cases,retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for 2 cases.The operation process,perioperative complications,and follow-up status were observed. Results All the 13 cases were operated successfully with water-jet assistance,without severe perioperative complications.The initial followup effect is good. Conclusions Water-jet assisted technique is feasible in multiple urology surgeries.Our preliminary study has shown its safety and effectiveness,but the long term effects still need large sample studies and long term follow-up.更多还原
