【摘要】 目的:探讨周期素依赖性蛋白激酶抑制物1A相互作用锌指蛋白1(Ciz1)在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色方法观察Ciz1蛋白在80例结肠癌和正常结肠组织中的表达。结果:癌组织中Ciz1蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于正常结肠组织(62.5%vs42.5%,P=0.007),Ciz1蛋白过表达与结肠癌T分期(P=0.027)、淋巴结转移(P=0.033)、M分期(P=0.027)以及AJCC分期(P=0.022)显著相关。结论:Ciz1蛋白过表达可能在结肠癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the expression and clinic significance of Ciz1 in colon cancer. Methods: The mRNA levels of Ciz1 of 40 cases colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were analyzed by real-time PCR. Ciz1 protein expression and clinical significance were determined by immunohistochem istry on samples from 80 colon cancer patients. Result: The expression of both Ciz1 mRNA and protein was evaluated in cancerous tissues than adjacent normal tissues.Over expression of Ciz1 protein was significantly correlated with T stage(P=0.027), LNM(P=0.033),M stage(P=0.027)and A JCC stage(P=0.022). Conclusion: Ciz1 may play an important role in the progress of colontum origenesis.更多还原
