【摘要】 目的观察妇科万应膏治疗宫寒血瘀型痛经患者的疗效和安全性。方法根据纳入/排除标准,共筛选痛经患者223例,采用区组随机的方法,按照3∶1的比例随机分为试验组167例与对照组56例。试验组使用妇科万应膏外用穴位贴敷,对照组使用痛经宝颗粒口服,共用药3个月经周期。治疗后比较2组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果治疗3个月经周期后,试验组总有效率为91.02%明显优于对照组的78.57,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发生不良反应5例,不良反应发生率2.89%;对照组无不良反应发生,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科万应膏治疗宫寒血瘀型月经不调和痛经安全有效,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Fuke Wanyinggao in the treatment of uterine cold blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea patients. Methods A randomized,open,positive controlled,multi-center clinical trial design,223 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea were selected according to the ratio of 3∶1,and randomly divided into experimental group( 167 cases) and control group( 56 cases). The experimental group received topical acupoint application by using Fuke Wanyinggao,while the control group was given Fuke Wanyinggao granule oral medicine. Three menstrual cycles were administered.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared. Results After 3 menstrual cycles,the total effective rate was 91. 02% in experimental group,which was higher than 78. 57% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were 5 cases of adverse reactions in the experimental group,the adverse reaction rates were 2.89%,and the control group had no adverse events. There was no significant differences between 2 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Treating uterine cold blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea is safe and effective by using Fuke Wanyinggao,which is worthy of clinical use.更多还原
