【摘要】 目的总结输血流程在临床实施中的隐患问题,有针对性的制定输血质量持续改进方案,减少输血安全隐患。方法根据《临床输血技术规范》和我院运行的输血流程,设计输血安全隐患自查表,并组织全院65个护理单元对输血流程中合血、取血、输血前、输血时、输血后5个环节中存在的安全隐患问题进行讨论,护理部汇总并提出最佳的输血质量持续改进措施,完善输血流程。结果输血流程改进前后,输血差错率由6.5%降为1.4%。结论完善输血流程是减少输血差错和持续改进输血质量的有效保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarize the hidden problems. Development of targeted transfusion continuous quality improvement programs to reduce the risks of blood transfusion safety. Methods According to the technical specification for clinical blood transfusion and blood transfusion process of our hospital,self-checking table of blood transfusion safety was designed.we organized our 65 nursing units discussed the potential safety hazards in the process of blood matching,blood taking,before blood transfusion,in the process of blood transfusion,and after blood transfusion the five links of blood transfusion process. The nursing department summarized and put forward the best measures to improve blood transfusion quality continuously and improve the blood transfusion process. Results After the improvement of blood transfusion process,the rate of blood transfusion error fell from 6. 5% to 1. 4%. Conclusion Improving the blood transfusion process is the effective guarantee to reduce blood transfusion errors and continue improving the quality of blood transfusion.更多还原
