高固含量聚醚/聚酯型阴/非离子水性聚氨酯性能研究

【摘要】 以乙氧基封端聚合物二醇(N-120)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMPA)为亲水单体,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚酯二醇(PEBA)为主要原料,制备了高固含量(45%)的聚酯型阴/非离子水性聚氨酯和聚醚型阴/非离子水性聚氨酯(PTMG-PU/PEBA-PU)。研究表明:两种乳液粒径呈双峰宽分布;PTMG-PU和PEBA-PU膜存在适度的微相分离,PEBA-PU膜的表面粗糙度和水接触角大于PTMG-PU,而耐液体介质性不如PTMG-PU;PTMG-PU和PEBA-PU的抗张强度分别为29.15 MPa和25.60 MPa,断裂伸长率分别为745.0%和786.7%,结合DMA测试结果表明涂膜为韧性断裂,力学性能较好;DSC和TG测试结果表明涂膜的耐寒性能和耐热性能较好。

【Abstract】 Polyether/Polyester based anionic-nonionic waterborne polyurethane(PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU) was prepared by using ethoxylated capped polymeric diol(N-120) and dimethylolpropinoic acid(DMPA) as hydrophilic monomer,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG) and polyester diol(PEBA) as main materials. The studies showed that: the particle sizes of PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU present bimodal and wide distribution. Both PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU have microphase separation. The surface roughness and water contact angle of PEBA-PU is bigger than PTMG-PU while the liquid medium resistance of PEBA-PU is inferior to PTMG-PU.The tensile strength of PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU are 29.15 MPa and 25.60 MPa, the elongation at break of PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU are 745.0% and 786.7%, based on the DMA results, the films of PTMG-PU and PEBA-PU are ductile fracture and have good mechanical properties. The results of DSC and TG show that the films of PTMG-PU and PEBAPU have good cold resistance and heat resistance performance.
