蜉蝣过敏原皮肤点刺试验、鼻黏膜激发试验与嗜碱性粒细胞激发实验的对比

【摘要】 目的观察蜉蝣过敏原嗜碱性粒细胞激发实验与皮肤点刺试验、鼻黏膜激发试验阳性结果是否相符,为过敏性鼻炎的诊断提供参考。方法统计过敏性鼻炎患者皮肤点刺试验中蜉蝣过敏原阳性率;随机选择30例蜉蝣过敏原皮肤点刺试验阳性患者和30例阴性者鼻黏膜激发试验;选择另外30例蜉蝣过敏原皮肤点刺阳性血液和30例皮肤点刺阴性血液嗜碱性粒细胞激发实验。结果 2078例过敏性鼻炎患者皮肤点刺试验中,蜉蝣过敏原阳性1337例,阳性率为64.34%;30例皮肤点刺试验阳性患者进行鼻黏膜激发试验,均出现阳性反应(100.00%),30例阴性患者未出现阳性反应;30例皮肤点刺试验阳性患者进行嗜碱性粒细胞激发实验,阳性26例(86.67%)。结论蜉蝣过敏原嗜碱性粒细胞激发实验与皮肤点刺试验、鼻黏膜激发试验的结果相符。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the results of basophil activation test,skin prick test and nasal provocation test of Ephemeroptera allergen for providing the scientific references in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. Methods The positive rate of Ephemeroptera allergen SPT was evaluated among allergic rhinitis patients. 30 patients with positive and 30 with negative Ephemeroptera allergen SPT results were selected randomly to be detected by nasal provocation test; and another 30 patients with positive and 30 with negative SPT results were also selected randomly for basophil activation test. Results The positive rate of Ephemeroptera allergen SPT was 64. 34%( 1337 /2078) among AR patients. The positive rate of nasal provocation test was 100%( 30 /30) among patients with positive skin prick test results,whereas 86. 67%( 26/30) for basophil activation test among another positive skin prick test result patients group. Conclusion The result of basophil activation test of Ephemeroptera allergen was highly correlated with the results of skin prick test and nasal provocation test.
