【摘要】 为培养更多的创新型苏绣领军人才,为明了刻意训练活动的特点,及其与领域专长水平的关系,本文从专长发展视角探讨刺绣领域的苏绣大师、新秀与熟手在刺绣工作过程中的刻意训练活动。研究结果发现"刺绣"、"看自己绣品"、"看高手绣品"、"欣赏美术作品"、"与同行分析刺绣"、"向高手学习"是刺绣工作中的刻意训练活动,其具有高相关性、高专注性与较高愉悦性。苏绣大师投入最多时间到各类涉及技能练习、自我思考与反思、与他人交流讨论等刻意训练活动中,因此她们的刺绣专业水平最高,紧接着是苏绣新秀、熟手,这符合刻意训练活动的"单调收益假设理论"。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to train more innovative leader, and to explore the characteristics of deliberate practice, according to the perspective of informal learning in the workplace, and the view of expertise development, This research studied deliberate practice of Suzhou embroidery expert, excellent craftswoman, and experienced craftswoman at work. The results showed that "Embroidery", "Look at their embroidery","Look at expert’s embroidery", "Art appreciation", "Analysis embroidery with peer", and "Learning to embroidery expert" were the embroidery work of deliberate practice activities which had a certain pleasure.The professional skills development of Suzhou embroidery expert followed "monotonic benefits assumption theory" of deliberate practice activities.更多还原
