【Abstract】 As one of the masterpieces of Mark Twain,Adventures of Huckleberry Finn has been constantly explored by researchers for generations. This paper conducts a critical analysis of the novel by employing both functional linguistics and corpus method. It indicates that,through the analysis of animal and plant nouns and institutional nouns,the whole novel represents a symbol of anthropocentrism. In addition,the final part of the paper also points out the limitation of the present analysis with corpus method and functional linguistics.更多还原
