脑卒中后失语症患者语言功能的磁源性影像研究

【摘要】 目的:研究脑卒中后失语症患者大脑语言功能的脑磁图(MEG)改变。方法:脑卒中后失语症患者10例,年龄、性别和教育程度匹配的健康对照组10例,应用MEG对受试者图片命名过程中大脑语言加工活动进行检测。结果:两组受试者在图片命名过程中相关大脑感兴趣区域(ROI)激活强度比较后发现:非流畅性失语症患者在图片命名左脑Broca区的激活强度较对照组显著下降,右脑的Broca镜像区、Wernicke镜像区及顶下小叶的激活强度显著高于对照组。结论:本研究从生物磁学角度进一步证实脑卒中后语言区代偿的变化。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate magnetoencephalography(MEG) of brain language funetion in patients with stroke aphasia.Methods:10 patients with chronic non-fluent aphasia and 10 agegender education-matched healthy controls were recruited in this study.Brain language processing during picture naming was detected with MEG.Results:The magnitudes of Broca’s area activation were significantly lower in patient group than in control group(P<0.05) of picture naming by comparison of picture naming-related regions of interest(ROIs),while the magnitudes of activation in Broca mirror area,Wernicke mirror area and inferior parietal lobule of the right hemisphere were significantly higher in patient group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compensatory changes in language areas after stroke from biological magnetic angle.
