新型“无碳小车”的结构设计与优化
Structure Design and Optimization for Carbon Free Car of New Type
【摘要】 通过对现有无碳小车的评价与分析,在小车结构上进行了优化,力求在满足命题要求基础上,达到结构最简、车体最轻、好加工、易操作等特点。文章主要从车身、能量转换机构、传动机构、转向机构、驱动机构等几方面入手,详细介绍了小车结构重新设计进一步优化的具体方案及工作原理。实践结果表明,改进后的新型无碳小车整体性能有了很大提高,无论是行走距离,还是绕障数量都有了明显的增加。该设计优化对实训教学具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 By evaluation and analysis to existing carbon free car, the car structure is optimized in order to achieve characteristics, such as simplest structure、lightest body、good manufacturability and operability etc. on the condition that the proposition requirement is met. Starting from car body,energy transformation mechanism,transmission mechanism,steering mechanism and drive mechanism etc., this paper details the further optimized project and working principle for car structure re-design. Practice result shows that the overall performance of carbon free car was greatly improved after optimization, no matter in driving distance or bypassing obstacle.And this design optimization means guiding significance to practical training.
