高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对城市污水A2/O处理过程中双酚a的评价

【摘要】 [目的]应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)-串联质谱法(MS)测定城市污水A2/O工艺处理中双酚a的含量。[方法]水样中双酚a采用C18固相萃取柱(SPE)富集,HPLC-MS分析方法,流动相为乙腈,流速为0.8 ml/min,进样体积10μl,相同条件下检测精密度2.5%~6.6%,标准品回收率91.5%~105.1%,方法最低检出限0.1 ng/L。[结果]扬州市污水处理厂不同处理工艺过程的水样中均检出双酚a,水样质量浓度为98.3~106.5 ng/L。经One-Way ANOVA检验,F=1.258,P=0.237>0.05。[结论]A2/O不同工艺流程对于环境雌激素处理虽然有某种下降趋势,差异无统计学意义,表明该工艺过程对于环境雌激素的降低和消除没有明显效果。

【Abstract】 [Objective]A wide variety of analytical methodologies for the analysis of bisphenol A in sewage waters have been developed in recent years. In this paper we utilized high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry(MS) to measure bisphenol A level in the urban sewage waters, that have been treated with Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic(A2/O) technology. [Method]The bisphenol A in the water sample was enriched using Solid Phase Extraction Cleanert 18(SPE, C18), followed by HPLC and MS analysis. The flow rate was set at 0.8 ml/min, with acetonitrile as the mobile phase; injection volume was 10 μl each, with a detection precision of 2.5%-6.6%, and a standard recovery rate of 91.5%-105.1%. Quantitation limit of this method was 0.1 ng/L.[Results]Our analysis showed the presence of bisphenol A of all water samples that underwent different treatments from Yangzhou Sewage Treatment Plant, ranging from 98.3-106.5 ng/L. The statistical test by one-way ANOVA showed that F=1.258, P =0.235 >0.05. [Conclusion]Although A2/O technology can decrease environmental estrogens(EEs) to a certain extent, it is not statistically significant. Hence we conclude that this technology does not implement significant effect on reducing or eliminating EEs.
