微生物防治烟草黑胫病的研究进展

【摘要】 寄生疫霉烟草变种是烟草黑胫病的病原体,常导致烟叶产量与质量严重降低。通过对2000年以后有关微生物防治烟草黑胫病的研究报道进行分析,结果表明其微生物防治目前仍以生防菌的筛选鉴定研究为主,而生防菌以细菌中的芽孢杆菌类单菌防效研究为最多,而对复合菌群的报道较少;应用方式则以开发微生物肥料的报道为主。

【Abstract】 Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae is the pathogen of tobacco black shank which seriously reduces the yield and quality of tobacco.After a deep analysis of the latest literatures about microbiological control on this disease since 2000,it is proved that its microbial prevention is still focus on screening and identification of bio-control bacteria in which the species from bacillus and the control effect of single bacterium had been mostly reported while those compound bacteria were little published.However,application approaches for reported microorganism strains were mostly developed as bio-fertilizer.
