白鲜皮水提物对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性

【摘要】 [目的]研究白鲜皮水提物抑制植物病原菌活性成分并进行鉴定,为开发植物源农药提供依据。[方法]采用生长速率法测定抑菌效果。采用大孔树脂、高速逆流、柱层析法等对活性成分分离。[结果]白鲜皮水提物对辣椒立枯病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、人参枯萎病菌、人参根腐病菌等具有良好的抑菌活性。且对番茄灰霉病菌抑菌活性显著,40%乙醇洗脱部位及单体的EC50值分别为1 203、393.36 mg/L,单体经鉴定为梣酮。[结论]白鲜皮水提物具有良好的抑菌活性,分离所得单体为白鲜皮中抑制番茄灰霉病菌的主要活性成分。

【Abstract】 [Aims] This paper aims to study the main antifungal component of aqueous extract of cortex dictamni to phytopathogenic fungi and identification of its structure, and to provide basis for the development in botanical pesticide field. [Methods] Growth rate method was used to determine antibacterial effect. Active ingredient was separated by using macroreticular resins, high speed counter, and column chromatography. [Results] Aqueous extract of cortex dictamni showed good antimicrobial activity against Rizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani and Fusarium sp. 40% Ethanol-eluting positions and monomeric showed the highest inhibitory rate against B. cinerea, EC50 values were 1 203, 393.36 mg/L respectively, monomeric was identified as fraxinellone. [Conclusions] Aqueous extract of cortex dictamni has good antifungal activity, monomeric derived from cortex dictamni inhibition of B. cinerea is the main active ingredient.
