【摘要】 校企融合、工学结合是高等职业教育的发展趋势,但在实际操作中,因为利益的不一致,学校和企业之间的合作并不融洽。文章分析了校企合作中所存在的问题,提出了在校企合作过程中实行股份制的构想,对其可行性进行了分析,从合作模式、需解决的问题及具体的实施办法等方面对股份制在高职院校校企融合中的应用提出了见解。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-enterprise integration and work-study combination are the development trend of higher vocational education.However,in fact the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not harmonious because of inconsistent interests.Based on the problems the paper suggested carrying out the shareholding system in school-enterprise cooperation,analyzed the feasibility and discussed the cooperation mode,problems to be resolved and the specific measures about application of the system in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
