【摘要】 大学生科技创新能力需要通过实践培养。华中农业大学针对机械类专业进行了实验室、校内实训基地、创新创业实践中心和校外企业实践基地的建设与功能优化,为大学生创新能力培养搭建了物理平台;建立实践创新教育管理体系和教师队伍,为大学生创新能力培养奠定了师资基础;修订了人才培养方案,为大学生创新能力培养提供了制度保障。在大学生实践创新教育方面取得了一定成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation ability of college students should be developed through practicing. Laboratory,campus factory,innovation and business center and practice base in enterprise for mechanical major students were built especially in Huazhong Agricultural University,providing platforms for college students to develop their innovation ability. Management system,faculty,training program were developed accordingly for this purpose. For example,practice and innovation education management system and teacher troop were established to lay teachers foundation for the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability. Personnel training scheme was revised to provide guarantee for college students’ innovation ability cultivation. A certain achievements about innovation ability training of college students were gained.更多还原
