【Abstract】 Guided by engineering education professional certification, the necessity of offering the food chemistry bilingual teaching was described to cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of modern society. The primary exploration on bilingual teaching mode was carried out aiming at the problems such as students’ uneven English levels,teachers with poorly spoken English,lacking appropriate textbook and so on.
