黄土高原小流域坝系规划评价方法——以王家沟流域坝系规划评价为例

【摘要】 黄土高原是我国水土流失最为严重的地区之一,同时也是黄河泥沙的主要来源。近几十年来,我国在坝地防洪保收技术、工程设计方面都取得了很大的成绩,对淤地坝建设工程起到了良好的指导作用。随着经济发展水平的不断提高,对坝系规划的合理评价也提出了更高的要求。该文对晋西乃至整个黄土高原小流域坝系提出了合理的规划与评价方法,为今后推动坝系的健康发展提供了重要的决策依据。

【Abstract】 Loess plateau is one of the most serious regions of soil erosion in China,and it also is main source of sediment of Yellow river. In recent decades,China made great achievements in dam flood insurance harvest technique and engineering design. It played a good role in guiding for construction of silt dam. With the level of economic development constantly improving,reasonable evaluation of dam system planning is also put forward higher requirements. Reasonable planning and evaluation method of small watershed dam system in the west of Shanxi province and even the whole loess plateau were put forward. It provided an important decision basis to promote dam system develop healthily in the future.
