【摘要】 目的 探讨被动吸烟对雄性大鼠精子质量的影响。方法 将40只8周龄的雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组,分别为对照组、轻度、中度、重度吸烟组,8周后成功建立大鼠被动吸烟毒性模型,颈椎脱臼处死大鼠,立即取出附睾组织,制成均浆后测定精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率、精子畸形率。结果 实验结果表明,三个被动吸烟实验组大鼠的精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率、精子畸形率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 雄性大鼠的精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率随着吸烟量的增大而减少,精子畸形率随着吸烟量的增大而增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effcets of passive smoking on the quality of zoospermia of male mice.Methods Forty 8-week-old male SD mice were randomly divided into four groups such as the control group,mildsmoking group,moderate-smoking group,heavy smoking group.After eight weeks,we successfully established mice model with passive smoking toxicity.All mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and their the epididymis were collected immediately and made into homogenate for analysis of sperm concentration,sperm viability,sperm motility,and sperm aberration rate.Results Sperm concentration,sperm viability,sperm motility,and the number of deformed spermatozoa in each smoking group were significant difference as compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking significantly affects reproductive function of male mice.The sperm concentration,sperm viability,sperm motility of male mice decreases with the increase of the amount of smoking,whereas sperm aberration rate increases with the increase of the amount of smoking.更多还原
