水分胁迫条件下宁夏稻谷碾米和外观品质初探
Preliminary Study of Milling and Appearance Quality of Rice Cultivars under Water Stress Condition in Ningxia
【摘要】 利用49份宁夏水稻材料,比较11个稻谷碾米和外观品质相关性状在水分胁迫和非水分胁迫条件下的表现,对水分胁迫条件下的性状表现进行相关分析和因子分析。结果表明:水分胁迫对稻谷碾米和外观品质性状产生较大的影响;水分胁迫条件下性状相互影响且关系复杂,选取4个主要影响因子,累计贡献率为93.207%,粒长因子贡献率最大为44.819%;节水抗旱品种的选育应着重对长粒和高精米率的选择,适当控制粒宽来降低垩白粒率和垩白度,以实现优良的碾米和外观品质。
【Abstract】 The performances of the milling and appearance quality characters of 11 rice cultivars under the water stress and water no-stress conditions were compared and analyzed using 49 sample materials of the rice in Ningxia and the character performances under water stress condition were analyzed with the method of correlation analysis and factor analysis. The results showed that the water stress treatment had relatively large effect on the milling and appearance quality, and there existed complex relationship among quality characters under water stress condition. Four principal component factors affecting rice quality were selected, their accumulative contribution rate was 93.207%, and the contribution rate of grain length factor was the biggest, 44.819% among them. It was suggested that long-grain and high-milled rice rate should be particularly considered in drought-resistant breeding of rice in Ningxia, the proper control of the grain width was helpful to decreasing the chalky rice rate and the chalkiness degree, and improving the milling and appearance quality.
