【Abstract】 The general information of college-graduate village officials(hereinafter referred to as CGVO) of Nantong were surveyed in terms of their structure,training,appointment and entrepreneurship. A questionnaire was conducted to study the relations between CGVOs’ scientific and technical qualities and their entrepreneurship. The results indicated that CGVOs are basically qualified for business start-ups,and the success of their business start-ups barely correlated to their professional knowledge.更多还原
