柴油机Urea-SCR系统催化转化器结构对NOx转化效率影响的研究
Influence of the Catalytic Converter Structure on NOx Conversion Efficiency in Diesel Urea-SCR System
【摘要】 基于一维计算软件建立了Urea-SCR系统计算模型,并通过试验验证模型的有效性。在验证模型正确性的基础上,对催化转化器在不同结构参数下的转化效率进行了数值计算和分析,研究其结构的变化对转化效率的影响,为进一步优化设计转化器提供了设计依据。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation model of Urea-SCR system is set up based on one-dimension simulation software. And the simulation model is verified through the test bench. On the basis of verifying the correctness of the model, the catalytic conversion efficiency under different structural parameters is calculated and analyzed. The effect on conversion efficiency under different structure parameters of the converter is studied and the study on conversion efficiency will provide a basis for the optimization of the converter.
