基于SFA的河南省粮食生产全要素生产率分析
Analysis of total factor productivity of grain production of Henan Province based on SFA
【摘要】 本研究利用2003—2013年河南省18个地市粮食投入产出数据,用SFA模型(Stochastic Frontier Analysis,随机前沿生产函数模型)研究河南省粮食生产的全要素生产率及其变动特征,揭示2003年以来河南省粮食增长的变动轨迹及源泉,进而提出政策建议。结果表明,河南省全要素生产率的增长表现为技术进步驱动型增长模式,技术进步成为全要素增长的源泉,技术效率则成为全要素增长的潜在动力,粮食生产过程中资本要素替代了劳动力要素,河南省需要在合理配置要素投入、加速技术推广与扩散提高技术效率的同时加速农业技术创新,促进技术进步。
【Abstract】 This study uses the grain input and output data of 18 cities in Henan Province in 2003 to2013,and SFA model( Stochastic frontier production function model) to study the total factor productivity of grain production and its change characteristics,in order to reveal the trajectory and the source of grain growth in Henan Province since 2003,then puts forward relevant policy suggestions. The results show that the growth of grain TFP in Henan Province is the technical progress driven growth model,with technological progress as the source of TFP growth,and technical efficiency as the potential power. The capital element has replaced the labor element in the process of grain production. Henan Province needs to improve the technical efficiency by reasonable allocation of factor input,to accelerate technology promotion and diffusion,and to accelerate agricultural technology innovation to promote technological progress at the same time.
