聚-γ-谷氨酸固体发酵基质及工艺参数优化

【摘要】 以不同的聚谷氨酸固体发酵基质为研究对象,通过对其进行最优搭配,优化发酵条件,提高聚谷氨酸的产量,降低固体发酵成本。其中以黄豆粉为主要发酵基质的聚谷氨酸产量最高,以麸皮和秸秆为辅料基质均能大大提高聚谷氨酸的产量,分别为132.24 g·kg-1和145.79 g·kg-1,秸秆的效果更佳,因此选择秸秆为辅料基质进行发酵条件优化。最终确定发酵条件为:初始p H值7.0~7.5,含水率60%,温度37℃,发酵周期64 h。

【Abstract】 Different dosages of fermentation matrix were investigated to obtain the optimal collocation.Through the optimization of solid-state fermentation conditions,the product of poly-γ-glutamic acid was improved and the cost of solid fermentation was reduced. When using soybean powder as the main fermentation substrate it had the highest yield of poly-γ-glutamic acid. By adding supplementary substrate,such as bran and straw,the yield was increased to 132. 24 g·kg- 1and 145. 79 g·kg- 1,respectively. So,straw was selected as supplementary substrate to optimize the fermentation conditions.After optimizing,the fermentations condition were as follows: initial medium p H7. 0 ~ 7. 5,moisture content 60%,temperature 37 ℃,fermentation period 64 h.
