【Abstract】 Single factor test was used to study the effect of different culture medium and culture conditions on the growth of Bacillus cereus BC1 and BC2.Turbidity measurement method was used to draw different growth curve.The results showed that the best culture conditions had not significant difference for BC1 and BC2strains,the best growth was get when they were cultured in homemade laboratory optimization of culture medium,and at 35℃ constant temperature and 200r/min shaking.更多还原
