基于HBV水文模型的西拉木伦河流域洪水临界面雨量的应用分析

【摘要】 文章以内蒙古西拉木伦河巴林桥水文站以上流域为分析区,基于分布式水文模型HBV,利用1995—2005年逐日降水、气温、水位、流量等数据,对HBV模型进行参数率定和日径流过程的模拟,建立降水—流量—水位之间的关系,以河流设计的警戒、保证和漫堤水位为临界判别标准,确定不同洪水等级的致灾临界面雨量。通过历史灾情检验验证,说明HBV模型可以较好地反映该流域的洪水过程,具有较强的本地适用性,可为内蒙古中小河流洪水监测预警提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In this paper, taking the upstream basin of Balinqiao Hydrologic Station in the Xilamulun River of Inner Mongolia as the study area, based on a distributed hydrological model HBV, the parameter of HBV model was confirmed and the daily runoff process was simulated by applying daily precipitation, temperature,water level and stream flow data from 1995 to 2005, etc, and it eventually determine the disaster-causing critical areal rainfall of different flood grade, through simulating daily runoff process of basin and the establishment of the relations among precipitation, stream flow and water stage, taking warning, safety and flood embankment water level as critical judgment standard. Results show that HBV model can better reflect the flood process of the basin and has strong ap-plicability. Besides, the determined disaster-causing critical areal rainfall is feasible by means of the historical disaster preliminary test, and it provides a reference basis and technology foundation for the construction of small and medium-sized rivers flood monitor-ing and warning system in Inner Mongolia.
