2012年7月21—22日赤峰暴雨天气成因诊断分析

【摘要】 利用常规观测数据、卫星云图、雷达回波等资料,分析了2012年7月21—22日赤峰市一次暴雨天气过程的大气环流背景和物理量场的特征。结果表明:高空西伯利亚高压脊发展北伸,与前期的贝加尔湖冷涡持续稳定,不断有冷空气沿脊前偏北气流南下与西太平洋副热带高压外围暖湿空气在赤峰地区交汇;地面配合华北地区有中尺度气旋北上,在赤峰南部低层形成暖湿切变线,致使赤峰地区南部出现了大范围暴雨部分地区特大暴雨的天气过程。因此,高低空系统密切配合且持续稳定,近地面层的风场辐合作用是此次暴雨天气的主要特点。

【Abstract】 Abstra ct Using convention observation data, automatic weather station data, satellite cloud picture and radar map, this article analyzed the general atmospheric circulation background and physical field characteristic in Chifeng on July 21-22, 2012. The results showed that the Siberia high-pressure ridge progress and stretch to north, it was stable with anterior Baikal cold vortex, the unceasing cold air flowed to south along partial north that was in ridge front converged with warm and wet air that was in western pacific subtropical high periphery in Chifeng region, there are mesoscale cyclone remove to north in North China, and it formed warm and wet shear line in low layer in Chifeng region. All the condition resulted extensiveness rainstorm that appeared in south of Chifeng region and extraordinary rainstorm that appeared in partial area. Therefore, the high altitude system matched with low altitude system closely and continually, the wind field convergence effect in ground layer was main feature of this rainstorm weather.
