【摘要】 运用文献资料、访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对我国青少年运动员的文化教育体制改革进行了研究,结果表明:目前我国青少年运动员文化教育现状不能满足现代竞技体育对体育人才文化素质的要求,仍然受困于"重竞技,轻文化课"传统观念,在此调查基础上提出了在教学训练的实践中探索科学处理"学训矛盾"的新途径,探索符合青少年运动员实际的教学方式和方法,重视职业技能教育,将运动员再就业压力变为人力资源优势.更多还原
